- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via UPS ground service except where otherwise noted. We cannot ship any order to a PO Box. Our shipping rates are estimated based on UPS standard ground shipping only. If you are interested in expediate shipping, please call 1-855-269-4999. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.
We use PayPal to process payments. Paypal is a third-party bonded, and certified credit card processing company, your credit card information is not available to our team and never saved on our company servers. All credit card information is encrypted and handled on Paypal's secured servers. Paypal is certified by an array of major credit card companies because their processes, servers, and systems meet all security and privacy laws and requirements.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you decide you do not want the item you purchased, it can be returned within 30 days for full store credit, so long as the the item has not been installed or modified, is in its original box and includes all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials. If returned after 30 days, a store credit will be issued minus a 20% restock fee. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 90 days.
A Return Goods Authorization RGA FORM must accompany all returns which can be downloaded HERE for your convenience. Note: Glass, windows, body tubs, and body panels are in raw (unfinished) form and will require some body work upon installation, therefore these are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
We insist that you inspect your item at the time of delivery. If it is obvious that your package has been damaged, refuse the package immediately; or within the first 10 days of delivery (no claims can be filed after 10 days of delivery). If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please call our Customer Service at 1-855-269-4999 so we can further assist you. All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees and not by EastCoastJeeps.com. We will be happy to assist you in the warranty process if you need us. Just give us a call at 1-855-269-4999.
- Ordering
- If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason, then please contact our sales department before you place an order. We cannot stop an order once it has been placed.

- For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, and Paypal.
